Compared with angle iron towers, they have significant advantages such as simple structure, beautiful appearance, small footprint, low wind resistance coefficient, and quick construction and installation. They are especially suitable for urban power grids, corridors with high landscape requirements, and areas with limited land.

Product Range	Covers a full set of connectors including anchor bolts (including anchor rods), hexagon nuts, flat washers, spring washers, etc.	Can provide a full set of fastener packages precisely matched with main materials according to tower type design drawings to ensure compatibility and safety.
Material & Strength	Made of high-quality carbon steel or alloy steel, with strength grades usually 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, meeting national standards such as GB/T.	Can supply ultra-high strength bolts of grade 10.9 and above for key stress nodes or special designs, and provide material certificates.
Production Process	Adopts cold heading, hot forging, machining and other processes, with dimensions and thread accuracy complying with standards.	Has heat treatment (quenching + tempering) capability to ensure bolts meet the designed mechanical properties, and provides process control records.
Surface Treatment	Hot-dip galvanizing is the standard anti-corrosion treatment, providing good rust protection.	Can provide higher-grade anti-corrosion processes such as dacromet (zinc-chromium coating) and multi-element alloy co-permeation to meet the requirements of heavy corrosion environments or special aesthetic needs.
Anchor Bolt Customization	Standard type is straight rod or hook type, with length and diameter designed according to conventional specifications.	Can customize extended anchor bolts, non-standard threads, and special head types (e.g., anchor plate type) to adapt to complex foundation and installation requirements.
Washer & Anti-loosening Customization	Provides standard flat washers and spring washers.	Can provide high-strength flat washers, saddle washers, serrated lock washers, or matching anti-loosening nuts (e.g., nylon insert, flange face type) to solve the loosening problem caused by vibration.
Quality & Certification	Conducts routine inspections such as dimension and appearance checks before delivery.	Can provide mechanical property test reports (e.g., tensile strength, proof load) and galvanized layer thickness test reports issued by authoritative third-party institutions to meet stringent project requirements.
