Recently, multiple 35kV photovoltaic-specific step-up transformers designed and manufactured by Shandong Shengsheng Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. have achieved continuous and stable operation for over 600 days at a 50MW large-scale ground-mounted photovoltaic power station in Southeast Asia. The project is located in a typical tropical maritime climate zone, characterized by year-round high temperatures, high humidity, and high salt spray, posing severe challenges to the insulation, corrosion resistance, and heat dissipation performance of outdoor power equipment. Shandong Shengsheng Electric's technical team provided a customized solution: the transformer enclosure employs double-layer sealing and a special anti-corrosion coating process to effectively resist salt spray corrosion; the winding design uses insulation materials with higher heat resistance and optimizes the heat dissipation duct to ensure that the equipment maintains low temperature rise and high efficiency operation even under long-term high-temperature environments.
